Capitalizing on her experience in Human Resources and her knowledge of organizational dynamics, she has had significant success in helping individuals and teams maximize strengths and develop core competencies.

Karen has more than 15 years of experience as an internal and external consultant to organizations ranging from large multinational institutions to entrepreneurial start-ups. Her background includes managing Human Resources for Reader’s Digest, The Boston Stock Exchange and Citicorp.

Karen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the New School for Social Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Boston College. She has also completed post-graduate coursework in executive coaching and assessment at New York University.
